Payment Methods and Timing
Available payment methods and payment schedules will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Customers make payments to RAYUKA, which coordinates payment to the relevant OEM manufacturing partner. Manufacturing generally begins after the required approvals and payments have been completed.
Returns and Exchanges
Because products are custom-manufactured, returns and exchanges for customer convenience are generally not accepted, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
If products are defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us within seven days after delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with RAYUKA's Return and Refund Policy and the terms of the individual quotation or agreement.
Return Shipping Policy
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, arrangements will be determined individually after reviewing the circumstances. Please do not return products without prior authorization.
