RAYUKA Shipping Policy

RAYUKA provides domestic and international shipping for custom-manufactured orders. Shipping arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery times are determined individually for each project.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipment weight and volume, quantity, packaging, shipping method, and other applicable logistics requirements.

The applicable shipping cost will be communicated to the customer as part of the quotation or before shipment.

Production and Shipping Time

Because RAYUKA products are custom manufactured, production time varies depending on the product, formula, quantity, packaging, materials, testing requirements, and other project specifications.

Estimated production and shipping schedules will be communicated to the customer for each order.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, inspections, documentation requirements, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges and compliance requirements are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and Import Requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products can legally be imported, distributed, and sold in their destination country.

RAYUKA may provide available shipping or product documentation where agreed, but the customer remains responsible for destination-country import requirements unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping Delays

RAYUKA will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated shipping schedules. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, regulatory inspections, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, please retain the products and original packaging and contact RAYUKA promptly with photographs and relevant shipment information.

Lost or damaged shipment claims will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the shipment and the applicable carrier or insurance conditions.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
