RAYUKA Terms of Service
By requesting a quotation, approving an order, or purchasing manufacturing services from RAYUKA, you agree to the following terms.
1. Custom Manufacturing Services
RAYUKA provides custom cosmetic and personal care manufacturing services based on specifications, formulas, requirements, and other information provided or approved by the customer.
Each project may be subject to a separate quotation, specification sheet, invoice, or manufacturing agreement. The customer must review and approve all relevant details before production begins.
2. Customer-Provided Formulas and Information
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all formulas, ingredient information, specifications, artwork, trademarks, packaging instructions, and other materials provided to RAYUKA.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any formula, trademark, design, artwork, or other intellectual property supplied to RAYUKA.
3. Health, Allergy and Safety Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their formulas, ingredients, and product specifications are suitable for their intended use.
RAYUKA strongly recommends that customers have their formulas reviewed by a qualified cosmetic chemist, dermatologist, cosmetologist, or other appropriate professional before manufacturing, distribution, or sale.
Individual reactions to cosmetic and personal care products may vary. Allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivity, or other adverse reactions may occur depending on ingredients, individual conditions, or product use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAYUKA is not responsible for adverse reactions arising from customer-provided formulas, ingredients, specifications, instructions, or improper use of the finished product.
Customers are responsible for determining and completing any safety, stability, compatibility, regulatory, or other testing required for their product and intended market unless such services are expressly included in the quotation or manufacturing agreement.
4. Regulatory Compliance
The customer is responsible for determining whether the finished product, formula, ingredients, labeling, claims, packaging, importation, distribution, and sale comply with the laws and regulations of the country or market where the product will be sold.
Any regulatory support provided by RAYUKA will be limited to services specifically agreed upon in writing.
5. Quotations and Production
Prices, minimum order quantities, production schedules, packaging costs, shipping costs, and other conditions will be specified in the applicable quotation.
Production will begin only after the required approvals and payments have been completed.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or changes to the production schedule.
6. Samples
Samples and prototypes are intended for evaluation and approval before mass production. Differences may occur between samples and mass-produced products within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples when sample approval is part of the project.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
RAYUKA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including customs procedures, transportation delays, natural disasters, supply shortages, or carrier-related issues.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Because products are manufactured specifically for each customer, returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the RAYUKA Return and Refund Policy and the conditions of the applicable quotation or manufacturing agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAYUKA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the customer's formula, specifications, product claims, resale, distribution, or use of manufactured products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
